GENERAL

Q. What is Decoriia?

A. Decoriia is a lifestyle home and living online store based in Singapore. We offer decorative items, home accessories, lighting, tableware, etc to beautify your space. 

 

ORDERS

Q. What payment method choices do I have?

A. All products are charged in Singapore dollars. We accept all online payments through Paypal or Stripe, and all major credit card options such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q. The product I want is sold out, will it come back? 

A. If it's still on the website, it means we're making plans to bring more stock in as soon as we can.

 

DELIVERIES/SHIPMENT

Q. How soon will the shipment arrive?

A. You can expect to receive your goods delivered to you within 14 days from the day of order unless otherwise specified by our customer support.

Q. How much is the delivery fee?  

We are happy to deliver for FREE for all purchases above $150; standard delivery fee for all purchases below $150 is $15

Q. Can i change the item and delivery address once i've made my order? 

A. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations within the 24-hour time frame of the original delivery time slot by emailing to customersupport@decoriia.com

Q. What other countries do you deliver to?

A. We currently only deliver within Singapore.

Q. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not accept Cash On Delivery.

 

REFUND

Q. Can i return SALE item?

A. No, we do not accept a return of SALE items.

Q. I've received a faulty item, what do i do?

A. Please send a photo of the defected item to customersupport@decoriia.com within 48 hours upon receiving, to qualify for an exchange. 

 Q. I would like to return, or exchange an unused item I've just bought.

A. Items that qualify for our return policy can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 7 days from receipt of delivery, provided your returns are unused, undamaged, in original condition with full packaging. 

Please send email to customersupport@decoriia.com and we’ll take care of your request. Please note restocking fees apply.

All exchanged items that are used and not in its original packaging will not qualify for return, exchange or refund. Decoriia reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit.

Q. What's a restocking fee?

A. All items accepted in good condition, but wished to be returned by you, a restocking fee will be imposed as a deduction on your refund according to the rates as follows:

  • Goods for refund or exchange - a standard rate of 30SGD per item.

    This restocking fee is valid for items regardless of whether you have any outstanding orders to be delivered. Do note that all returned products must be unused and in perfect selling condition. The restocking fee includes transportation, coordination and management fees, rewrapping, inventory and administrative management.
