Have you ever tried to pour your tea right from a large porcelain tea bag? Now you have a chance to do that! Here is a teapot that was created according to modern design with its tendency to recycle everyday use objects. Those objects can transform and get a second life in form of new products – they get new look and serve new purposes. That was the case with this teapot. Common tea bag became a base of my ceramics transformations.
The material, from which this piece was made, makes it look like it was made of paper. That’s why this teapot is decorated with handmade golden dashed lines, that imitate folding lines marked on the paper and make this sophisticated piece look elegant. Irregular shape makes it one in a kind. Thanks to that this teapot may serve as a small sculpture form, which will look great in every modern interior.
